I am not answering but extending this question a little more in same track.

I am 42-yrs old and infected since 3 years with diabetic. having erectile ratio is same and feeling sex almost the same ratio with one wife after 9 years of marriage with 5 kids. What are the best practices to adopt me to go for a healthy life for sex routine, everyday, twice a week or once a week? plus after sex what is the best diet need to take for a diabetic patient???

healthy life sex never has a fixed timetable. It varies with age and health of the day

with so many contraints.
