What is sugar limit for examination for sugar fasting and sugar pp ?

I am over fifty. what is the guidance for selection for my eating now ?

for fasting it should be 100

for PP it should be 150 these are normal levels if it is more you have to consult a Doctor

Read Mr.Gupta's information with the following elaboration. Fasting should be around 100mg/DL but not lower than 80 Mg perDL. PP should be around 120-150 depending on how much intake of carbohydrates you took.
