My blood creatinine is 1.8 mg/dl.What precaution should I take regarding BP , BS and Food

I am a Type II diabetic since 15 years.My HbA1C on 12/2/13 was 6.5 %

restrict the salt intake , do an ultrasound to check your kidney problem adequate control of BP and sugar is a must.

During a ultrasound of my gall bladder in February 2012,a tiny simple renal cyst was seen in my left kidney. I will check it once again.

cyst in left kidney? any implications for diabetic patients or pros & cons on kidneys in long-term? anybody pls, pls inform. thnx in advance - online material says nothing much to worry about, they're common, is it so?????
