Diabetic Wounds & Foot Ulcers

Is anybody suffering from dibetic wounds and foot ulcers which is not healing?

there is injury in my leg above ankle not a open wound but there is a swelling for the last 25 days tried doctor given antibiotic for 2 courses of 6 days but the swelling is not fully gone. have sensation in the wound.

Why it Happens?

Its really a big mechanism to explain. if want to simply say, diabetic patients nerve sense will be very low, so sensation in legs will be very low if any cuts or wounds happen, nerves will not give signals to brain about your wounds, so you should be very carefull to keep your foot clean.
