Type 1 diabetes usually happens at an early age and is usaully very vigorous , thus the symtoms are visible after a short period of time. On the other hand type 2 diabetes is like a silent killer with no immediate symtoms and by the time it is visible it has progressed to greater stage. In type 1 diabetes insulin is not produced by the pancreas due to damage to the beta cells. in type diabetes production of insulin is there but it is ineffective due variety of reasons

Type-I : There is no production of insulin by pancreas, so insulin will be supplied from outside as injection.

Type-II : Pancreas will produce insulin, but effect of insulin will be minimal, so various medicines will be used to push pancreas to produce insulin.

Type-II to Type-I : Initially if u recognized as Type-II, after sometime Type-II stage will be moved to Type-I. This stage due to allopathy medicines. generally Allopathy medicines are used to push pancreas to produce more insulin, at some stage it will damage your pancreas and pancreas will stop producing the insulin, this stage you will be forced to inject insulin from outside, this is called Type-I.
