Your PPBS and sugar in urine definitely indicate that you are a diabetic.Start remedial measure immediately, particularly your diet plans.

You are a D. Don't start medicines but lchf, exercise and yoga. Ppbs suggests that your diet is high in carbs.

Hemoglobin A1c test

Normal: Less than 5.7%

Pre-diabetes: Between 5.7% and 6.4%

Diabetes: 6.5% or higher.

Since your HbA1c is 6.6%, you can be considered as diabetic.

Your PPBS is 193 mg/dL. This shows that you have impaired glucose tolerance coming under prediabetes. PPBS should be less than 140 mg/dL.

You may control your high blood sugar by diet and exercise.

Take control of your diabetes before it will take control of your health. You can do this with lifestyle changes. Best of luck.

You are in pre diabetic stage with impaired glucose tolerance.no need of medicine.diet and exercise is enough with regular monitoring of blood sugars

T2 diabetes is a lot different to T1. T2 your pancreas can work quite good if you look after it. Please keep carbs down as others have said & keep active. Good luck & keep an eye on it.

Above 6 is diabetic

Hello Raj 32. T2 is a an illness where you can do very good things to help. Keep carbs low & keep off sugary foods etc. If you run marathons it may be different but keeping active is good for all of us. Your pancreas may work 60% or 20% but dumping high carbs on it will not help. People expect the body to cope with everything & it is amazing it works from day one. Good luck
