Diabetes needs a well designed diet and exercise plan.The recently introduced Newcastle method almost cures diabetes by diet alone.Apart from that NO ASANAS can control or cure diabetes.Newcastle methods are nowadays available in many centers.
yes yoga can help to control ones blood sugar. it helps to relieve stress and stress can have adverse effect on blood sugar. hence indirectly it helps to control blood sugar. breathing exercises like kapalabati , anuloma viloma or alternate breathing helps to activate pancreases. aerobic exercises like brisk walking also should be added to excercise routine.
