Hi everyone,
Diabetes denial is a problem for the person in denial as they are not taking action to reduce their blood sugar levels or improve their health as type 2 diabetes can lead to life threatening complications.
It's important for those with diabetes or prone to diabetes to be aware of this and aware of what they can do to improve their health and live with their condition, or in some cases reveres diabetes.
No one has perfect health so no one benefits from diabetes denial as it only perpetuates the situation and its not in anyones interest for others to be in denial so its up to those with diabetes to be open and open about how they are dealing with their diabetes.
Here's an article about Diabetes denial, please see:

Please remember that November is Diabetes Awareness Month and November 14th is World Diabetes Day
So paint your nails to let the world know about diabetes and affirm that you have diabetes and want to spread the word as awareness is empowerment and denial is oppression of your basic needs. 💚
