Diet followed by Dr Sangli to bring down his glucose? I am als a diabetic since 1994 -type 2 -and aged 68 years Currently my A1C is 7.1

Adopt Diabetes diet/ DASH diet/ Mediterranean diet. Sugar and carbohydrates are the root cause of diabetic complications. Hence the same should be reduced to the lowest level.

Research thiamin (vitamin B1) and alpha lipoic acid.

In this video, this holistic doctor discusses how her mom has diabetes and she got her off of metformin with thiamin. This doctor wrote a book with Dr. Lonsdale on thiamin. You can find good research on thiamin from them on this website. All the best!
