It is very normal to gain weight after reducing weight. It happens almost to every one who are in a weight reduction programme.
Please see if you can replace walking with cross trainer(fat burn mode). It helped me a lot when I was in a weight loss mission. Please note that this change takes 3-4 months to work.
Hi soni1 , I did walking for 45 mins to 1 hour a day for 6 months or so and I ended up losing around 6 kilos. After that I had used cross trainer and it took almost a year to lost another 5 kilos.
From my experience exercise alone only contribute towards loosing weight. Diet, portion control and eating 2 meals a day do help towards loosing weight.
Time between evening meal and breakfast need to be longer, only fruit for lunch do help as well. I could do this when I was working, I will walk to a market fruit shop, but one large orange and one avocado, walking time 40 minutes and both fruits for lunch.
Now retired, difficult to do this. The other day I took my car for service without and drink or food and walked home it took 1 1/2, I did not want a life and my wife went mad for doing this, I did this to proof to myself that my body is functioning properly at 74.
I read that if you can walk to the 4th floor of a building and did not experience any problems then the body is healthy!!!
Loosing weight is fine but new cloths cost a lot of money. I was clearing my old cloths and found 17 1/2 collar shirts now days I wear size16.
