INSULIN FREE

It depends on your C-Peptide level!Have you ever carried out this test ?
If there is still some residual beta cells left, your doctor may stop insulin and try with new oral drugs such as DPP4 inhibitors, SGLT2 & GLP1 ...along with a proper diet and physical exercise !
May God Bless you
Sir,
I am no expert.
Using food as medicine you can control all blood numbers.
Life style change. Have a look at what you eat and times.?
Eat evening meal before 7 PM. Have breakfast after 9 AM. A simple lunch. Plenty of walking exercise as well.
Cut down on all free and hidden sugar. Eat small grain food, lots of fresh fruits and over ground greens. Take a look at Asian specie and use then to your advantage.
Take care.
You can reduce insulin dosage if you adopt the following conditions.
* You have to take fast at least 12 hours at night daily.
* brisk walking for 30 minutes daily.
* Avoid or reduce carbohydrate in the diet.
