Good news is that UK is the first country in the world to approve the Covid19 Vaccine. Pfizers Covid19 vaccine is 95 % effective, but needs to be handled at -70 degree C , to be transported and stored at -70 degree.
The approval is for emergency use.

It is in the UK news this morning. Only time will tell how this is going to work out, this is because of storage temperature and distribution to the point of delivery.
