I am 49 yrs old. Diabetic from 14yrs.but feel too much weakness in my body. Even couldn't walking daily. I am taking Jalra m 50/1000 tablet twicly & some multivitamin tablet jo care lc. My fasting sugar is 190.what should I do to live A normal life.
