After talking zoryl mv2 two times before meal my ppbs sugar remains nearly 190

Depends on what you have eaten for your meal.Try to eliminate foods with high glycemic index and go for low and medium glycemic index foods. You can also moderate meal portions. Why are you not eating anything for 6 to 7 hours after meal?Since you are taking medicines, you are bound to face hypoglycemia.Try to eat something moderately after every 2/3 hours, depending on your hunger.
Which food is ideal for snacks
Composition for Zoryl MV 2 is Glimepiride (2mg) + Metformin (500 mg) + Voglibose (0.2 mg).
Glimepiride may cause frequent hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Voglibose may cause slow absorption of sugar from the digestive tract and lower postprandial blood sugar level.
Hypoglycemia occurs when the sugar level falls below 72 mg/dL. If you feel hypoglycemia, eat one ripe fruit.

One should always check the constituents of the medicines and its side effects before taking them.
Most of the doctors don't have enough experience and give medicines what they have been told by the medical representatives. Majority of the ayurvedic doctors fall under this category which give allopathic medicines instead of ayurvedic.
For diabetics these medicines won't treat the underlying cause they only treat the symptoms.
I had given 4 tabs by the doctor and he told me that I have to take it until death. But now sticking with "excercise+herbs+well diet" trio I am able to control bsl and feel much more energetic than before. When I met to the doctor some days ago he was amazed when I told him that I am not taking the medicines.
So until you take measurements of the problem and start tackling it nothing will be helpful.
I have found similar case like you from:

"Fluctuating blood sugar with SHAKY & COLD FEELING"
"I am 38 years old male. My father is a diabetic for more than 40 years now. For about 15 years I had issues with excessive thirst, frequent urination and fatigue but was not diabetic (or not diagnosed ?). During the past 10 years, occassionally I used to get minor tremors (shakes) when hungry and the doctor said it is a precursor to diabetes (hypoglycemia). My fasting sugar always was within the normal range. I had cholesterol for the last 8 years. All these years I had sedentary lifestyle without exercise. I am 175 cm tall weighing 85 Kg. 6 months back my post prandial glucose level was found to be high (2 hours after meal- highest recoreded was 12) but fasting sugar was still normal around 6. Now I am taking Metforming 500mg tab (once daily) and have started taking Voglibose 0.2mg(once daily). I am facing the following difficulties now:
1) After meal I get very tired and drowsy with increase in blood sugar but since I am taking medicine hyperglycemia is more or less under control (less than 8) . But in 4 hours the level falls back to less than 5 (lowest recorded was 3.8) during which I get very shaky and body feels very cold, especially the extremities. These symptoms last for hours. Also there is intermittent heat and sweating. These episodes of drowsiness and shakyness cycles (repeats) throughout the day between each meal
2) Lack of concentration, always tired feeling, lowering confidence level, skin infections
3) Numbness -lack of control of hands, minor blurring of vision etc.
I know many diabetic patients with very high sugar levels around me but none of them have problems that I face. Even though high their sugar levels are stable and hence manageable. Mine is always fluctuating between 8 and 4 in every 4 hours and am finding difficult to cope with, especially the hypo episodes. I am trying all ways to minimise this fluctuation by taking more number of smaller meals (7.30am, 10.30am, 1.00pm, 5.00pm & 9.30pm).
Is anyone experiencing a similar challenge. Please share your thoughts about how you manage the same.
Thanks
Diawin. "
Yes, those symptoms of shakiness and feeling hungry happen when sugar levels reach btwn 80-90. Nothing will happen to you, but a snack btwn lunch and dinner will help you. Low GI food items at lunch will also help in sustaining until dinner.
Sorry bro but your trouble is result of poor D management. Firstly high carb diet ( that's what i can deduce ) and drugs. The drug you are using is a pancreatagogue. Whipping beta cells to increase insulin secretion. With high carb diet there is more insulin pushed into circulation but because of ir bg remains high but after 6-8 hours while the drug is still active you have hypoglycemia. This rise and fall of sugar cause hunger pangs with craving for sugary food.
To cut the story short you have to adopt lchf diet. But do reduce or stop the present drug(s) before adopting lchf.
Also get all the reports about D get done. Talk to your dr if he supports your idea of managing D with idm / diet.
