Relax! There is nothing to fear or worry

My father in law got diabetes in his early twenties and lived upto ripe age of 92!He used to take Scotch whisky daily and chocolates occasionally. But he kept a very strict regimen regarding his diet and kept his sugar levels in control. So cheer up and live well!

There has been many posts here in HU. Look for old posts that can give you valuable information. Best practice, life style change, cut out unwanted carb.

Give your blood glucose reading, give your daily food intake for members to comment!!!

If you are on medication give details of medication.

Yes, you can control diabetes with life style change, regular exercise and food and drink intake control.

There is a book X-PERT help, this book gives a lot of helpful information.

Thanks for the advice.

Control sugar levels by moderate levels of diet , exercise , sleep , rest and take Gingkobiloba and Ashwagandha . Get the powders in any reliable Ayurvedic shop , Add a pinch of powder to half a glass of water and take before going to bed ,But to ensure good results the quality of those powders is very important .If you can contact a good yoga teacher find out from him about the location of vagas nerve . If vagas nerve is pressed gently and properly for a couple of minutes daily the central nervous system gets good functionality .
