Cinnamon, You need to look for Sri Lankan Cinnamon. There are tea bags. Cinnamon powder.
Strength of boiled cinnamon can vary, like tea strength.!!
First start with small quantity, boil it in the evening, drink 1/2 cup before going to bed the other 1/2 cup leave it in the fridge and drink it in the morning.
Cinnamon powder may not dissolve it in water therefore you can sprinkle on tea spoon in food you like.
Soak fenugreek in water, drink the water in the morning and eat the soft fenugreek, this can be difficult because of the taste.
The above two, over ground veg, Methi, steamed can also help.

I am afraid I do not have any experience of taking Cinnamon tea to reduce creatinine levels. I you Google creatinine and cinnamon you can get some information.
