Yes it’s true. I am practising it. The simple way is to climb stairs after 1hr 45 minutes of your lunch /dinner. This should be done for 10 minutes. It will reduce your BSL by 20 to 40 points. Results may differ from person to person.

Try it, it’s safe & result oriented. Let me know your experience.

Have you tried doing a normal physical activity like walking or jogging for 10 minutes instead of anti-gravity exercise 1 hour 45 mins after meal and observed the difference?
