Some fruits like Tomato, Oilve, Avocado and some berries which are low in Net Carbs are definitely worth it for including in your diet, considering that these are full of Anti-oxidants, vitamins minerals, polyphenols , phyto nutrients .

But we need to mind the portion size if one is a Diabete , since these carbs have simple sugars like Fructose and Glucose which could spike blood glucose. Also check your blood glucose level before and after consumptions before making it a routine consumption .

Papaya fruit has medicinal properties. Tender papaya leaf extract is used for increasing platelet count especially during dengue fever.
