I have watched all the 18 video's / speech from the speakers.

Every industry in USA is lobbying for including its produce/ food in 2020 guidelines !

While many have advocated LCHF/ plant based whole food.

Yet there are quite a few speaking about Nutritional value of Potatoes and so it should be included as a staple in USA....

Some one spoke how dairy is bad contains SFA and should be restricted in American diet....

Someone advocated beef as staple...

So let us watch the final dietary guidelines which perhaps is yet to be published!

It is a long process. New dietary guidelines will be definitely better than the current one. Total carb intake might be reduced to 50 or 60% which will be really good for general population.
