I bet lots of people feel if only they knew now before developing type 2 diabetes that a few simple steps could literally have turned things around and prevented type2 D in the first instance.
I think as well as monitoring blood glucose levels its important for diabetics to improve their health with a good diet plenty of exercise and a good nights sleep and these 3 simple steps could prevent diabetes in the first instance.

I think that we have to look at not only reversing type 2 diabetes when we can but preventing it in the first place.
