More exercise can reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Hi everyone,

I bet lots of people feel if only they knew now before developing type 2 diabetes that a few simple steps could literally have turned things around and prevented type2 D in the first instance.

I think as well as monitoring blood glucose levels its important for diabetics to improve their health with a good diet plenty of exercise and a good nights sleep and these 3 simple steps could prevent diabetes in the first instance.

I think that we have to look at not only reversing type 2 diabetes when we can but preventing it in the first place.

Very good information is on this site. Regular exercise and watch what we eat very important for healthy life. There a lot of Asians who come to the gym now days compared to 6 years ago!.

Frying food, what oil to use or not fry food, steam cook, education is necessary.
