Hi everyone,

I think that anything that helps people improve their health with diet is worth considering, this was published recently in News Medical. Basically researchers found that a plant based meal helped produce more insulin, incretin hormones in those with type2 Diabetes compared with a similar meat based meal.

Type2 diabetes is a worrying and growing problem across the world so the more that is known the better,

Looks like a vegan diet. In my experience, a basic plant based diet with moderate addition of animal based foods serves the interests of diabetics in an effective manner.
