It's clearly said in the video and i agree with it it depends on the motive. As a cure for cancer or t2d etc it can be taken upto 6 months or even more.Or one has to switch in and out of it frequently. Depends on personal experience. If tolerated well can carry on for long time. There's problems with carnivore diet.1) one smells foul because of ketones in sweat and other excretas. 2) the person becomes very thin, emanciated.Almost no stored fat in the body for starvation. 3) adaptation takes time. The person suffers from some physical ailments like bodyache, insomnia, irritation etc.
I would say a balanced meal is the best. Having tried LCHF, Keto etc in the past to control blood sugar levels, now I'm settled with whole foods diet- vegan in my case. And it's been really very good so far. My highest blood sugar level (90 min post meal) never goes above 120, my blood profile looks like a dream, I stay active n feel energetic through the day. Carnivore diet does have its downsides, more so if taken for prolonged periods. So my vote goes to whole foods diet with minimal dairy. 😊
Amber O'Hearn has been on carnivore diet for over 9 years. Dr Shawn Baker has been on carnivore diet for over two years. Lot of followers have given accounts of their experiences resolving several medical issues on Dr Shawn Baker's website.

Carnivore diet- no fiber content, no antioxidants either!
Proponents of Carnivore diet would point at vitB12 content in vegan diet but there are a few algae v rich in B12.
However, to each their own. Eversince I got to know about my sugar issues, I've been studying these aspects, and would go with whole foods, with min dairy.😊 I'm off LCHF now... evolving with time..😃 I'm editing to add that it doesn't have vit C either..
