Very interesting and helpful information. I take Vitamin C 2-3 times a day depending on how I feel. I never knew that Vitamin C could lower the blood sugars. Is It just able to be done in type 2? Or can it be done for a type 1, as well?

I have personally tried having one complete Amla(indian gooseberry) raw fruit yesterday. My BS level was 100 mg/dL before the intake. The one hour spike was 90 mg/dL. I was astonished to see the results instantly.
