Condition makes me tensed

Hello everyone. Today I have make a followup intensively. After 1.4 hour of lunch my BS was 8.2 after 2.2 hours it was 7.0 and after 2.4 hours it was 6.4. But I am feeling shakiness and weakness with high heartbeat although the pressure is normal. Would you please guide me...!!!

Are you taking any medicine which could cause rise in heart beat?

Why not you consult a cardiologist and undergo a physical examination? He may recommend some Tests like ECG and TMT to identify any issues if any

thank you for your reply. I am not taking any medicine but why the value is fluctuating. Actually I am becoming hopeless.

Not to worry. All your readings are normal range. Blood Glucose level Fluctuates for every one.

Please read this article to understand the numbers. Numbers are given in mg/DL. You may like to convert to mmol/l for comparing your value.

Hi, I used to have this problem of shakiness and tachycardia initially. But I found just half an hour brisk walk would take care of both. I think the key to tackle these minor issues is to keep busy through the day and practice meditation, yoga etc to calm your mind. I even am learning energy healing practices. However first and foremost I decided for me it is mandatory to control sugar levels by following LCHF diet.
