Good findings.

But the nutrition composition of cashew in terms of macronutrients: 100 gm cashews have 44 gm of fat, 30 gm of carbo and 18 gm of protein.

Cashew with 30% carbo may not be a good idea to include in a regular LCHF diet.

Nevertheless can be considered in a LCHF within the overall carbo limits. Good to taste and quite tempting! Has lot of other micronutrients too such as Magnesium, Iron and Vit B6.
