Is there any quick method to bring down high glucose to normal..... I mean immediate remedy?

Low carb diet and exercise will help in lowering the blood sugar levels. One needs to continue this religiously in order to keep the levels in a healthy range.

Insulin injections ,under doctors prescription .

I have tried leaves of Costus Igneus plant in the past with remarkable effect. Also someone advised me to take Amla-Jamun powder in case I ate something high-carb. But of course herbs have different effect on different people. For me it was a boon.

2 tumblers of Kalmegh(Nilavembu in Tamil, Nelabevu in Kannada) Kashaaya has pulled my FBS from 440 to 247 mg/dL in 3 days. I did 60 minutes of exercise/walk in all those three days and took low carb food avoiding white sugar. The effect of Kalmegh depends on your age.

Hi

what i did was like this:

1. early morning drink 1 litre hot water-mean drinkable temperature like say hot coffee (add about 3 or 4 table spoons of good quality coconut oil).

2. You do not feel hungry when you do this. So, do not eat any thing till you get really hungry. And when you hungry you takle only sufficient enough vegetables strir fry or if you are non vegetarian take chicken or eggs etc. (basically Low Carb High Fat LCHF).

Do not take Rice, Wheat, Poha, Oats, beans, etc. etc. which has high carbs.

Can take almonds, wall nuts, but in limited quantity, but might not suppress your full hunger. So better try vegetables stir fry (do not take more than one small carrot or medium sized tomato per day)

Next day your sugar levels will come down considerably if not NORMAL.

Of course you can continue this for say, 3 to 4 days, if you feel OK and no other complications then continue for 15 days, and then check if you still can do it. If OK, you can continue.

the above is as per my experience, But different people might have different associated issues, that's why keep observing, testing and watching your other health issues you can do this.

PS: one more positive side effect (advantage!!!) is that the tingling and pins and needles effect in my foot and other parts of body which i used get, is almost gone now. :)
