Do not waste money on such things. I dropped my A1C from 9.5 to 6.2 in 2 months through LCHF diet as talked on one Indian's forum/site.

BGR 34 IS A SHEAR WASTE. I TRIED FOR 4 MONTHS AND DISCONTINUED. MY DOCTOR ALSO WAS OF THE SAME VIEW. .MY B/S LEVEL NEVER CHANGED. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY.

I reduced my A1C from 9.5 to 6.1 in two months. Thanks to Anup Singh and his forum that you mentioned. Support on LCHF diet there is just too good. Don't think any site is there where so many success stories of Indians on LCHF is posted.

Only try LCHF diet which is effective other's are side effective.

I don't think any ayurvedic medicine has any side effects. From my experience they work well if coupled with exercise. should prefer for long term use.powdered form is more beneficial .so instead of taking tablets like this one should go for powdered form of herbs.
