Hi, I was diagnosed with type 2 last year with hba1c of 7.8 . With weight loss and diet change I have managed to bring down it to acceptable level 6. Working towards to make it lower. My question is which brand protein do you suggest preferable chocolate flavour ? I don't want to go overboard with it probably a glass once a day or in two days . Also I want to give up on caffeine as I also have high pulse rate ,up to 92 bmp.which tea should I go for that soothes me and helps in give up tea (I love tea :( ) . Thank you 1
