I use aspertame, saccharine and sucralose occasionally. I checked my sugar level each time having recipes made from these sweeteners and have found that they generally have sugar lowering effect. I searched many websites and come to know that all these sweeteners are safe to use. So my question is that ,can I use them on a regular basis to sweeten tea, coffee, etc?

Stevia is the best.
I've heard that, it has a bitter after taste. How does it actually taste like?
I use Splenda and have been since I found out I had hep 2. hasn't seemed to bother me for the last 5 years

Since these are organic compounds please avoid these. The safest is stevia and worst is aspertane.Try to be free from these.sometimes if occasionally if mind desires take natural sweet but with little quantity.Thanks.
