There are too many remedies on U-Tube for Diabetes, are they true? I think every plant knocks down the blood sugar, every fruit brings down blood sugar is there any truth?

I too come across many of them.We cannot take them seriously.There are many authentic and reputed websites available on the net.Better to take guidance from those sites.
