The diabetes is known as "Incurable disease" and that's why also known as "Na Murad Bimari". Its advance stage is the result of no prevention taken in earlier stages and the sufferer is himself responsible for each and every thing leading to kidney failure or going on dialysis. Whatsoever worst part happens has happened and one can only repent for precautions not taken. I am one of those having kidney problems and not young. The best way to carry on is to avoid Citrus fruits and juices, ea less Protein diet, avoid nuts and leafy vegetables. Invariably the individual is likely to suffer from high Potassium count and it is better to monitor the same. Keep the blood pressure and sugar level under control and walk around for physical activity. Experts say"it does not matter as what is the distance you walk but how long do you walk is important".Recommended duration is atleast 30 minutes a day.

Its very important to know why Kidney problem arises. Its because of uncontrolled Sugar control and BP.
