Before medication you need blood pressure check and type 2 blood check.

Also life style change, and regular exercise can help towards a healthy life.

There are many medication with brand name, after a time generic medication comes available at a cheep rate on the market.

You nee a doctor's advice.

Thanks for using generic medicines for your treatment. My doctor instructed me to use only what he prescribed expensive medicines like lantus and actarapid insulin. Istamat , gemer, sarel beta for diabetic and blood pressure. I donot know how to get the generic medicines to replace costly prescribed medicines. I am 68 years old fellow and I have to follow who treating me from past 30 years .

I would like to tell you that your question help me to learn that the genetic medicine is related to the word 'epigenetic' I think that by the 'epigenetic'' the right foods may help a lot to healthy. It is alternative way for our health.

You need to be careful while choosing a Generic drug...it is copied from an original drug after its patent gets expired... it all depends the processes followed in copying and manufacturing...

Just because it is cheaper , if you consume , it may not work as desired and in fact it may result in undesired side effects..

Therefore , it is better to check the manufacturer name.. better if you stick to a well known manufacturer which is 10/20/30/50 ....years old....

Probably you wanted to mean about generic medicines. Generic medicines are those drugs which may have brand names but not commercially promoted and thus less cost.

Both Istamet and Gamer or Gamer2 are both generic medication not genetic!!!!
