I have been taking pomegranate dry and boiling one table spoon in one cup of water

After cooling strain take daily two to three tablespoons first thing in the morning

That will do Wounders I have diabetes and got black floaters in my eyes that in no more but you have to continue taking daily for 3-6 months

Also effect is on all organs these are on best of conditions

I am 78 years my diabities is on improvement side on 6 monthly total blood report says kidney-heart liver and all other are in the best of conditions

Finally in north India there is a saying

The real meaning is it have advantages of one hundred

Please keep anar water in fridge and I have been using this water or fresh anar for over 10 years

And still working daily 8 to 10 hours
