my heart beat is less than 50 per minute I am already heart patient plz guide me how can i manage it ?

You need to see a cardiologist. This is not proper place to suggest anything for such problem. There are many factor involved.

well some say coffee raise heart beats but you need to get it checked for this condition ! .

On a normal day take down your hb readings every hour and compare variations !!!
