Dear indiacratus

Diabetes is responsible for damage to eyes, kidneys, heart and all the organs supplied by end arteries. Diabetes causes osmotic damage to the arteriols leading to narrowing and ultimately obliteration the lumen of these end arteries if blood sugar is not controlled effectively.

Heart can be saved from the damage if you are doing yogas regularly and properly.

"diabetes is not a cause for any of its complications like eye, kidney, heart etc.

high glucose only accentuates a condition.

in other words

one can safely tell that

if a person is prone to that disease then diabetes causes an exacerbation ..."

Sorry sir. Uncontrolled diabetes is the cause for such damage. Also diabetes damages the myelinated nerve fibres that leads to poor or no neuronal reflex response. Trophic ulcers develop.

good morning anupji

i didn't get what you are saying but i'm not here to win. I'm trying to learn on this forum. Sharing my understanding and learning a lot on this forum. So if i will have nothing to share in future i may not write anything on this forum.

I fully agree with you that carbs should be cut down. As far as my understanding goes you may not take carbs at all in the diet and no harm will be done but we have to find that out.

Also i'm not into preaching yoga nor do i do yogas. But fact is fact. When you do yogas your lung capacity increases and your body absorbs more oxygen. This improves your capacity to fight oxidative stresses. With the expansion of lungs the collateral circulation in the heart develop and this is why heart attack is avoided. I have seen people with all the 3 coronary arteries blocked resorting to yogas and still living happily without undergoing by pass surgery.

I'm sorry if you have felt that i'm in some kind of race here and win. I'm not.

Thanks Real friend

I m living near Mumbai.100 kms from Mumbai on Mumbai Surat railway line Station Boisar near Palghar District Palghar

Pls reply my whatsup no.is

Well. Tobacco and sugar are two different subjects. Diabetes is the disease of end arteries. The organs damaged are those which supplied by end arteries, kidneys, eyes, heart etc. Cancer is still a mystery for us but not the diabetes. Science can explain with more certainty why and how problems occur in diabetes. It's a game of osmotic damage very clearly understood by us. Well in any disease process there are many factors right from genes to diet to customs of living to environment. For diabetes i'm very clear. For Cancer nobody on planet is sure about etiology to pathology to treatment.

Since damage done in diabetes is because of hyperosmosis caused by high sugar concentrations in the tissue the remedy is simple. Control high sugar levels. But this "simple " is very difficult to achieve. That's all what is diabetes about.

In my experience and understanding the "simple" is very easy to achieve with Long Wheat Mash Diet Regimen (LWMDR).

I HAVE DEMONSTRATED IT IN ME.

If any diabetes patient is ready to follow my instructions meticulously, I am very confident to repeat it in those.

dear shootergeorge

many adverse reports with LWMDR have been posted on this forum. We all have to find out if LWMDR is really going to help

Dear @suramo,

Glad to see that you are taking a serious & unbiased look at a solution to Diabetes.

Please feel free to seek details of my experience or understanding on related matters at any point of time.

Anupji.

I know your thoughts about LWMDR but i still want you to share your opinion on lwmdr once again . I'm still confused about lwmdr. Some people on this forum strongly support lwmdr and many post positive results with that regime. I want you to give your opinion so that many people including me can come out of confusion whether to try that regime or not.

On one hand my understanding says that ultimately long wheat also is a carb & should not be consumed and on the other hand the people post positive results with long wheat. What to do?

There is a scientific study report referred here by a member other than me. That member brought it because it concluded that Triticum Dicoccum wheat (alias Long Wheat) has no hypoglycaemic effect on diabetes patients.

On my analysis of the observations tabulated in that paper it was crystal clear that LW has pronounced hypoglycaemic effect on the subjects of the study.

I drew a graph of the tabulated observations &published here in a post. If you have/could not seen/see it I can give the link; otherwise you can click my picture & locate that post.

I am very much interested to see your valuable response after going through.

That study was conducted by some agency half a decade prior to my diabtes.

George.

With due respect to the observations made by you.

I don't deny your observations. Many on this forum have claimed that lwmdr has helped them. I would like to know the mechanism of its beneficiary effect. May be long wheat has very low gi or some enzymatic activity which controls the blood sugar but ultimately it's carbohydrate diet. I consider taking lwmdr as putting fire and fire brigade together. What, fire or brigade, will supervene we don't know. So one should try and see the effect of lwmd on one's sugar levels and then decide whether that diet regime should be continued or not.

have heard about 'arjun' powder; a patient had similar problems; escaped from bypass surgery after intake of arjun/a powder and possibly: also inquire about gokshura powder; confirm w/your Doctor and also cross-check from yr contacts; give up meat or reduce in-take drastically; exercise daily; pray, meditate, avoid social gossip; Lavan Bhaskar Churna and/OR Hingashtak Churna. light qty. equivalent to chick pea size i diet would facilitate digestion; these can be had in/with yogurt, Lassi, etc.

Your weight becomes meaningful only if you give the height also. Have heard of some alternate routes to come out of such blocks.
