Summer season is ahead. In order to prevent Kidney stones, one should drink plenty of fluids, particularly water.

Guidelines to prevent kidney stones:

Drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Drinking lots of water is good for you too. Lots of us don't drink enough.
