CAN HARD WORKER PERSON LIKE FARMER???

can hard worker person like farmer (having high sugar) who works 6-8 hours in sunlight, lifts weights etc, sometimes drink tea with sugar, eat potato, eat khir and sweet bundi during wedding seasons or not?:

Please check A1C .. leaving sweets and rice forever doesn't matter much once you are used to it.

I use stevia whenever i crave for sweet.

Family history of type 2 diabetes.

Obesity.

Habitual inactivity.

Race & ethnicity.

Prediabetes.

Hypertension (High blood pressure)

Dyslipidemia (high cholesterol) HDL less than 35 mg/dL. Triglycerides more than 250 mg/dL.

History of vascular disease.
