I would say most complex issues have simple solutions.In your case,just remember always and every time what you eat,how much you eat and when you eat. Such awareness coupled with determination will alone help you.Another important aspect to be considered is knowledge-about your body,the food that you prefer and your lifestyle particularly level of physical activity.Such an understanding and awareness will reveal all the solutions you need.If you develop your own solutions,it is easy to own them and practice them.
