Sugar free ice cream for diabetics

Hi. Is sugar free ice cream good for diabetics?

I read the content on Amul Brand and it said that it has 10 grams of carb per 100 gram (vanilla flavour).

I would be careful of the sugar free they use,, Possibly sucralose which i dont prefer

There are some controversy on sucralose causing cancer or harming gut bacteria

@indian1960 does it fit into your macro nutrient goals. If yes then why not. Personally I do not take carbs from sources other than greens and a little bit from dairy. But then again I keep carbs at 15-20g or less a meal and two meals so doesn't give me too many options

I take one table spoon once in a week at snack time.
