Use multi grain aata flour like 1 part chana 1 part jawar 1 part wheat avoid oil eat daal without tadka try to add garlic in your diet
Every morning take methi seeds u need to soak it in water before going to bed and take it empty stomach every morning and them after 30 minutes take your breakfast
Main culprit is oil always remember
