Three cheers to ISRO hip hip hooray!

MOU signed between ISRO & AHPI to make hospital treatments foolproof like LAUNCH-VEHICLES!!!

Ideas suggested by ISRO will be implemented in hospitals.

Details were jointly released by Director General of ICMR, Chairman of Narayan Health Group, VC of National Law University, President of AHPI & ISRO representative S Selvaraju.

Leading MalayalaM daily Malayala Manorama reported this yesterday (August 13, 2017). (Photograph of the news included)

rksharmakumar I have translated the key points, probably except one, above. Given below is that missing one:

The impetus to this initiative is the finding of a study of AHPI that 9% of patients approaching hospitals become victims of treatment mistakes.

@Ramana42,

I was with ISRO & utilised my experience appropriately in my fight against Diabetes and came out in flying colours. That is the reason why I posted this news clipping here.

True.

What I understood is that the goal is to avoid mistakes in treatments at hospitals. The impetus to this initiative is the finding of a study of AHPI that 9% of patients approaching hospitals become victims of treatment mistakes. That is what the news say.
