First ppba 402, After take medicine Glimison m2 last 15 days my blood sugar level is 268 ppbs is medicine work? Age 40

Reducing blood sugar with medicines does not have benefit on overall health. It increases possibilty of obesity, heart diseases and stroke. Adopt a very low carb high fat diet. Blood sugar will be normal naturally.

It is from my personal experience. I reduced medicines to 1/4 and still my bs is lower with this diet

@Burhani...Low carb high fat diet is to eat low carbs up to 100 g carb,appr.60 gm protein ( depending on your weight),and rest of energy should come from good fats( about 100-120 g) daily.You need to search various diet combinations and snack items,confirming to LCHF foods posted by many on this forum or on dlife.in
