Please understand,we are not specialist medical professionals on this forum to suggest any medicines,Even a qualified doctor will not prescribe diabetic medicine without physically examining the patient and that too after studying medical records of the patient.Medicines are prescribed, not suggested. That means, there should be an absolute need for taking a particular medicine.Do not accept any suggestions from anybody.

sweating is symptom of hypoglycemia i.e.,low blood sugar.stop the medicine and get them checked by a doctor with lab reports

Euclide M Tablet contains the salts Gliclazide, Metformin as active ingredients.

Gliclazide is an anti-diabetic medication used to treat diabetes mellitus type 2. It is used when dietary changes, exercise, and weight loss are not enough.

Metformin is used alone or with other medications, including insulin, to treat type 2 diabetes (condition in which the body does not use insulin normally and, therefore, cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood). Metformin is in a class of drugs called biguanides. Metformin helps to control the amount of glucose (sugar) in your blood. It decreases the amount of glucose you absorb from your food and the amount of glucose made by your liver. Metformin also increases your body's response to insulin, a natural substance that controls the amount of glucose in the blood.

Janumet contains a combination of metformin and sitagliptin. Metformin and sitagliptin are oral diabetes medicines that help control blood sugar levels. Janumet is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Sweating is a symptom of hypoglycemia. You may reduce the dosage of anti-glycemic medications or consume glucose tablets if and when it is necessary.

Sitagliptin is used along with diet and exercise and sometimes with other medications to lower blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes (condition in which blood sugar is too high because the body does not produce or use insulin normally). Sitagliptin is in a class of medications called dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors. It works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high.
