Are you taking anything that will interact with mango?
Mangos are higher in sugars than many other fruits, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't eat mangeos. The Mayo clinic recommends that one serving of fruit should contain 15 grams of carbohydrate—that translates to about ½ cup of mango and below 25 grams for pre-diabetics.

I always get inflammation in my gut after mangoes. I then read that they can be ripened artificially and this is not good, but I suppose it depends where in the world you live and whether they are fresh and ripened naturally or having travelled half way around the world and ripened unnaturally. I have the occasional mango, but then I can't have one for a while. I use muscle testing and I find it very reliable for what I can and can't take.
