I am Ajaya hear i am 40 years old i am dibate since 6 years i use gloconorm G1 for long tome after my sugar came to normal .but from last 2 years I am live in Russia
and from last 6 Month sugar lave always between 200 to 250 i take medication from Russian doctors and take different composition of tabalate bot nothing help me much since glowworm G1 is not available hear kindly sugest what i ned to do
Are you saying you stopped taking Gluconorm G1 since last 2 years ? as it is not available in Russia ? well it contains metformin hydrochloride 500 mg and glimpride 1 mg so you look for tablets containing these two compounds in sustained release tablet form under any brand name available there ,you can also try to buy it online on a health site.your sugar levels are quite high so along with the medicine you have to make sure that you cut down on carbohydrates in your diet, eat less of rotis /rice/grains/ daal/lentils etc eat more of veggies ,eggs, butter, cheese , ghee ,curd , nuts and seeds and moderate amounts of proteins also search here for " LCHF diet " for more details.
