No. What you are using is a combination drug. You yourself don't change it to single drug. Talk to your doctor. He is the best person to give you correct advice.

glyciphase sr 500

is generally prescribed in initial stages of diabetes 2 when it is marginally mild.It dos not work in case the disorder is full blown to high BSL

Better to change your diet. You can be drugfree with idm. 😃

Glizid 500 is a combination of gliclazide 30mg and Metformin 500mg.gliclazide is sulphonylurea group which cause hypo .so a combo is better.Better consult a diabetologist.But if you control your carb then you can be drugfree also.Thanks.
