I bought a accu-chek active ,blood sugar monitoring system ,want to download the saved data to my computer .Please guide how to proceed .

Is the meter having a feature that enables you to download the data?I use One touch meter with memory.It has USB and Blue tooth connectivity but not used it so far.

I just connected to the laptop.Instructions are available to to download the relevant software to download the the data.

You cannot download software just connecting Ac cu-Check Active glucose meter to your computer by connecting USB Cable in India, It is only applicable and available with in USA, Roche India has neither software or other hardware system that can be connected and downloaded on the computer for detailed analysis.

I found that the particular model used by me is not supported.Probably the facility is available only in places where the physician and the patient interact through internet.

I too have the same system and it is not possible, which I conformed from the technical expert of the company. The meter stores 100 readings and can be seen easily, follow the instructions in the booklet.
