About my gym fitness and i want to take mass gainer power but it contains sugar what should i do?

I am 22 right now .. and i have diabities from 5 years .. i have started gym from 4 months and my weight is not gaining its just stopped at 62 and i am going to take mass gainer for my gym .. should i take or not sugar is added in this powder..what should i do?

What is your suger parameters. I mean FBS,PPBS,HbA1c ,lipid etc.You are very young .Have checked yourself that you are diabetic. Thanks

I think you should increase your protein intake upto 1.25g /kg / day if it's a heavy mass gaining exercise rather than sugar. Well you can take a little more sugar upto 120-130g per day. Reduce sugar intake the day you don't exercise.
