Is muscle building or weight training excercise good for diabetics ?

Moderate exercise is OK but for those beyond fifty and on medication,could be risky.For the younger generation ,they can have Mr.Wasim Akram as an ideal,provided they have similar medical support that he enjoyed.

Could you be a bit more specific about weight training ? This excercise is different from stamina building excercises. Thank you

Weight training essentially means using weights of various sizes to build larger muscles like biceps,thigh muscles,back muscles etc.This is generally done body builders,weight lifters,wrestlers and such.I used once a 2 kilo weight when I had a frozen shoulder.

Let us look at it this way-weight training is the process and muscle building is the end result.With my little experience,I can say it needs a good coach.May be hurtful otherwise.
