Once an error is made it can be corrected.

First mistake is out of ignorance.... Second mistake is by a decision.

If you decide to change your life and health you can change it.

Life expectancy of a diabetic can be 100 if you so desire.

Our body has immense powers of healing.... It is just that you are not aware of your own power to heal yourself.

If you try you will come to know.

Are you on medication? Do you do carb counting for each meal and snack?

Has your doctor talked to you about counting carbs? What medications have you been put on? Have you gotten an A1c blood test done recently? If so, what was the total (i.e.: 9.5)?

Please check with your doctor about how many carbs you can eat at each meal and snack. I can help you with the carb counting after you have the totals.

Recently no checking at all after december 2016. I am taking Glimestar tablet. I was diagnosed on December, 2016 at that time fasting was 120 and after eating it was 216.

Should I start with medicine or should i start with diet to combat sugar.

Now I have acucheck at home to monitor blood sugar. Do blood sugar fluctuate in a seconds. Everytime I check, my sugar seems to change every seconds sometimes. Or this could be cause by incorrect reading of the machine. My A1c during diagnosed was around 8.2.

I checked all my organs and they are doing fine at that time.

Your life expectancy is somewhat what you make it. I am 62 and have been a type 2 for over 30 years. You have to know all your numbers and keep them in line. As daunting as that seems. If you eat something you know will cause you problems, shake it off and work on the next meal. My A1c is 6.8 am always trying for lower. Good luck
